Cron is taking suggestions for a new name...and we want the guild to help him out.  Please reply to this post with your suggestions.  You can create as many as you want.  The only rule is they have to start with Cron, or Chron, or something so that we can go back to call him Cron.  Hes going to pick the best one and the winner gets 100G!

    Hello All...


I want to start learning Hydross...please see the event scheduled for this Saturday, there is a link that will explain the fight.  I would like everyone to familiarize themselves with this prior to the run so we can spend less time explaining and more time learning.

Solstice's First Kill in SSC  

Special thanks to Phoenix Rising and Ravenguard, we've killed The Lurker Below.   It took us about as long as I had though it would, going forward we can start working on Hydross..great job everyone!  Kinda hard to get a screenshot on this guy...but here it is

Jan'Alai Finally Down  

So the boss that has given Solstice the most trouble by FAR is finally down!!  I cant even go through and try to thank all of the ppl that have participated in hours and hours of learning over 50+ attempts, not to mention the time spent learning the frustrating clear up to this guy.  I do however want to publicly say thank you to Brotherfrank and Lheaf who made the selfless contribution to this kill of offering up their spots in the raid so that we could get the AoE we needed to do it....without them doing what they did this would not have happened last night, so thank you both!   On a side note, we also went on to kill Hex Lord Malacrass...but that only took four attempts and is hardly worth mentioning.....

Zul'Aman Team  

We are trying something different for ZA.   I want to get this back on the schedule and resume learning it.  There is a link in the guild navigation that will show the team.  The way this works is we have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and in some cases 4th string team members.  This was set up based on past raid performance.  Invites will go out in the order listed on the team link.  If the first string is not available the second string will be invited and so on.   Currently we have killed 3/6 bosses.  Once we have learned the instance I will try to move to two seperate teams so more people will get the opportunity to go on a regular basis.  We will also most likely be playing with the schedule a bit to see when the best time for ZA runs will be.  If you arent listed on a team, please be patient and understand that it is my intention to get everyone who wants to go to ZA the opportunity to do so...and in the mean time feel free to pug.  If you are listed as being on a team, please do not pug.  Thanks.

Another Kara Team Update  

Hey all...


Kara teams are updated again, sorry for the confusion over the past couple weeks.  We will be getting back to a bit more structured inviting and start times starting next week.  Let me know if there are any issues with the teams.  We have several people that would like to go to kara that aren't on the teams on standby (including myself), so I think we should be able to get these runs started on time and have them go smooth.  Also, the roll modifiers are up to date.

New Alliance - Phoenix Rising  

Hey team,


Starting this Sat, we are going to team up with Phoenix Rising for SSC.  So far we havent been able to get enough people on Saturday nights to run it.  The way it will work is we have 15 slots to fill and Phoenix has 10.  They do loot the same way we do, so there will be no issues there, however we will be suspending the roll modifiers while on allinace runs.  You will still get pts for killing a boss, you just cant use them in this scenario.   Baail, Dotie, and I have known the leadership in Phoenix for a very long time, we learned to run Kara together and have been good friends ever since.  They are outstanding people with the same values we have, and are good players as well.  We will probably do this for the next four weeks, and then determine if we both want to continue.   If there are any questions on this please send me a msg or whisper me in game.  I'm excited to work with these guys and we will get back on track in terms of making progression and having fun learning new content.
