There are three steps ye need to follow in order to register for a Guild Universe guild.
I.  First, ye have to register for the Guild Universe site itself. 
 Ye will then receive an email confirmation.
II. Follow the link and the instructions in that email.
III. After signing up for Guild Universe itself, ye may apply for
membership in the Noble Dragons also. 
To do that you need to return to this site and click again on
the "Join this Guild" link in the upper left hand menu. 
Once an officer accepts ye into the guild . . . ye are ready to rumble with the Noble Dragons!
