Porters to Hate and Sky soon from Guild Hall!
I can't comment on the keyring issue, but soon you'll be able to use the Guild Hall to get to the Planes of Hate and Sky. P.S. It probably won't make it into the next patch though.

Raid in ToB Summary - Zusammenfassung
Hail friends, we had a splendid raid night in Theater of Blood. Loot has gone away from 200 up to 275 HP Items (BP clickies). We smashed Lilia, Mistress of Melody, Illixes, Soulwail and many other Minis and Trash Mobs in our way. Next week we do Epics DoN, then ToB again followed by Anguish in 3 weeks. Raiddays wednesday as announced in the EoV calender unless SOE does a new patch then we will move to tuesday again. Hallo Freunde, wir hatten eine tolle Raidnacht im Theater des Blutes. Loot von 200 bis 275 HP Brustplatten Clickies gingen weg wie warme Semmeln. Wir besiegten Lilia, Mistress of Melody, Illixes, Soulwail and etliche andere Minis und Trash Mobs die sich uns in den Weg stellten. Nächste Woche Epics DoN, dann ToB 2. Raid in Theater of Blood rescheduled to Tuesday

The zone itself is a RAID zone what means much longer out of combat (OOC) regeneration! Pulling and controlling adds and DPS will be needed. You will port up to ToB by the new ToB Port AA you got since last patch ( if you are minimum level 68) if you don not have the Twisted Hormonic Charm from PoR progression group tasks. Loot will be around 300 HP/Mana Wir werden Teile der Zone clearenund Platzhalter und benannte Mobs pullen. Die Zone selbst iost eine RAID Zone d.h. wir haben längere Out Of Combat Regeneirungszeiten. Das Pullen und die Kontrolle von Adds sowie kontrollierte DPS wird sehr wichtig sein. Ihr braucht die neue ToB Port AA, die ihr seit dem letzten Patch erhalten habt (sofern ihr mind. On Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 5am PDT, all EverQuest Live Servers (except
Al'Kabor) will be coming down for a Game Update Hotfix. The estimated
downtime is 6 hours. (PDT is -7 hours GMT: 6:00am MDT, 7:00am CDT, 8:00am
EDT, 12:00 GMT) Daher raiden wir auch am Freitag :)
Here's a sneak peek at Thursday's Update Notes. *** Highlights ***
- Reduced experience requirements and increased bane damage on SoF evolving bane weapons. - Several speed and stability changes have been made to address issues with proximity loading. - Critical heals should be calculating their effectiveness correctly again. -
Fixed a problem that was not allowing players over level 62 access to
Bastion of Thunder and the Halls of Honor on the progression server. *** Items *** - The Guardian Expediators are no longer so fragile (they are no longer temporary items). - Added bard mods to the melee centric slot 12 augments. - Reduced experience requirements and increased bane damage on SoF evolving bane weapons. - Changed Intricate Snowborn armor to use malleable ore as it should. *** Spells *** - Spells should once again display their cast messages when they land. - Critical heals should be calculating their effectiveness correctly again. *** AA *** - If the Summon Resupply Agent AA fails to cast, the refresh timer will reset itself. -
AAs that reduce spell recast timers (Such as Fortified Intervention and
Fortified Survival) should now properly reduce their timers. - AA experience should now be split properly again. *** Miscellaneous *** - Leadership AAs should work more reliably with mobs that come from outside of the group's awareness range. - Several speed and stability changes have been made to address issues with proximity loading. -
The client will now load more information upon initial zone-in to make
later movement smoother. There will be a performance hit when first
zoning in, however. - The tracking window updates have been optimized and should be somewhat faster now. - Fixed issues where /guildstatus and /guildinvite were not working on players outside of proximity range. -
The corpses of group members who die outside of proximity range should
once again be targetable by clicking their name and should show on the
map. - Fixed several issues with the /hidecorpse command: - - You can now hide corpses after being resurrected from hover mode. - - Corpses of group members not in zone will no longer be hidden with /hidecorpse allbutgroup. - - /hidecorpse looted will not hide your own corpse. - The /who guild command should now return players in the zone who are in /roleplay mode. - The /who count command will again work for all players in the zone. -
Using the center view key after moving downward on a mount will no
longer cause your view angle and movement angle to be out of sync. - Right clicking a player's name in the bazaar window will again face you towards them and generate a path. -
Due to issues with NPCs summoning players below the world, NPCs will
once again summon to their exact position. The change will be returned
once the issues are resolved. - Fixed a problem that was not
allowing players over level 62 access to Bastion of Thunder and the
Halls of Honor on the progression server. - Fixed a problem with access to Theatre of Blood. You should now be able to enter Theatre of Blood at level 68. *** Previously Updated *** - As of 4/16/2008, enemies will forget about feigned players after one minute rather than two. - The EverQuest Team
Patch Bugs - Patchfehler!
K folks seems that SOE built in some bugs too into the new engine... so beware the bugs are incoming! BUG? FEATURE? BUG! FEATURE!The alpha sort of the new tracking window is ONLY intended for rangers, NOT for druids or bards! (feature no bug) - however the 6sec autorefresh is intended for all tracking classes by option (but needs to be fixed)
The healers have huge issues with the heal foci (reduced healing capabilities of 30 to 50% atm!) "Alright, we located an issue with percentage based heals, so we're working on getting that corrected currently."
Feature no bug: "Since its hard to tell that your levied now due
to no bobbing I for see some people walking off cliffs now thinking
they are levied when they aren't"
And finally it seems that the Bonus AAXP doesn't work atm.

No more flagging in 'old' raid zones - Keine Flags mehr noetig in 'alten' Raidzonen
Some Information about CoA/DoDh/PoR:
You will gain all required flags and aa's needed when you level up....Well at least they gave a reason to do the
PoR progression. PoP progression is now almost pointless to do (you
will have access long before you could complete the progression so it's
just for AAs), GoD progression you only need to kill Zun in Txevu once,
OoW progression you now get access to Anguish before it is even
possible to finish the old progression, DoDh progression is
more pointless than PoP progression (there's no way you're going to
finish the progression before being 70, but you get 0 rewards for it). So
in actuality the only expansion where there is any reason at all to
even do the progression at all is PoR to be able to have the Fetters
for the final boss.... It was already mentioned in a previous thread that the ToB AA would automatically assign to level 72 players.... The fetters has nothing to do with the flagging
requirements for DK per se. While it's a byproduct of actually going
through all the steps, anyone who looted a backflag in DK is keyed and
can loot. Before this change you could have 50 people in a DK raid and
none of them with fetters. Why would anyone expect them now. This is
what the devs granted - the elimination of backflagging requirements.
Grats, you're in the zone. All three end fights in CoA, Demi, and
DK require a bane item. The bane item for Mata is dropped off trash in
CoA and the Mayong bane is dropped off named in demi. The bane item for
Ayonae happens to be awarded in another fashion but all 3 bane items
aren't part of the flagging requirements to be considered keyed for the
zone.

We are pushing the update out one day to allow
everyone to enjoy the last day of the Fabled Events. Make sure you take
part in these Live events while time lasts. When the update rolls out
you will be able to redeem your Veteran rewards so you can look forward
to that as well!
Test server patch preinfo for Wednesday live servers' patch
Hail wednesday * and I guess Thursday too * will be long offline time for the new patch incoming. The designers have confirmed some of the changes already installed on the test server: 4/10/2008
*** Test Server Update ***
- The 10th Veteran Reward, Summon Resupply Agent, is now available!
- Alternate
Advancement experience has been accelerated significantly for those
with fewer AAs spent and will scale back down to the normal rate as
more AAs are earned.
- The experience gained formulas
have been modified to present players with a much smoother increase in
the number of kills required to progress through a level as they gain
more levels. This change has the side effect of reducing the number of
kills required to gain a level in certain scenarios between levels 50
and 75.
- All keyed zones from the Ruins of Kunark, Scars
of Velious, Shadows of Luclin, Planes of Power, Gates of Discord, Omens
of War, Depths of Darkhollow, and Prophecy of Ro have had their
key/flag requirements modified. All players that have obtained the
key/flag will still be allowed entry into the zones, as will players
that have met minimum level requirements for the zones. The minimum
level requirements are as follows.... Auf gut deutsch heißt dies dass zum einen die AAXP Modifikation in Kraft tritt (angeblich Bonus AAXP wenn man weniger als ca. 1.000 AAs hat), zum anderen werden die Zonen wie die Elemental Planes, Time und Anguish etc. geöffnet für Spieler die nicht die notwenifen Flags haben, aber dafür den benötigten Level!) -> Dies wird interessante Auswirkungen auf unsere Raidziele 2008 haben!
